• Fabric: Fabric is a versatile material made by weaving, knitting, stitching, or bonding fibers together. These fibers can be natural, such as cotton, wool, or silk, or synthetic, such as polyester or nylon. The weaving of fibers creates a network that gives the fabric its properties, such as strength, softness, breathability, and elasticity. There are countless varieties of fabrics, each with its own unique characteristics and uses

• Metal: Metal is widely used in furniture construction, offering a range of advantages over other materials. It is exceptionally resistant to wear and tear, making it ideal for furniture intended for daily use in demanding environments. It flawlessly maintains its shape and structure, ensuring stability and longevity for furniture. In addition to the properties mentioned above, metal can also have other characteristics, such as antimicrobial action (copper) or superconductivity (molybdenum).   

• Fabric: The maintenance of fabric depends on various factors such as the type of fiber, fabric construction, and its use. Use a mild detergent that is suitable for the type of fabric. Avoid using bleach or whitening agents, as they can damage the fibers. 

• Metal: For any indoor metal, regular dusting or cleaning with a damp cloth is recommended. However, for outdoor metal furniture, follow these steps:
  1. For extended protection, apply a protective cream to your metal furniture, easily available at hardware stores.
  2. If your furniture is powder-coated, it is highly durable and can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth.
  3. If your metal furniture is not powder-coated, take extra care to keep it away from water and moisture. You can cover them with special covers and bring them indoors during the winter if possible.
  4. If you notice rust, remove it with kerosene and then apply an anti-rust varnish before painting the surface with rust-resistant paint.
