• Chipboard: Chipboard is a composite wood material made from small pieces of wood, usually pine or fir, bonded together under high pressure and temperature using resins. It is widely used in furniture construction, interior surfaces, and structural applications. Made from recycled materials, it is resistant to warping, abrasions, and other physical stresses.

• Melamine (LPB): Low Pressure Melamine (LPB) is a synthetic material widely used for surface treatment of chipboard in furniture and surfaces due to its durability and ease of maintenance. It is applied to substrates like MDF or OSB plywood to produce durable surfaces.

• Metal: Metal is extensively used in furniture construction, offering a range of advantages over other materials. It is highly resistant to wear, making it ideal for furniture intended for everyday use in demanding environments. It retains its shape and structure perfectly, ensuring stability and longevity for the furniture. Additionally, metal can have other properties, such as antimicrobial action (copper) or superconductivity (molybdenum).

Maintenance Instructions:

• Chipboard: Clean chipboard with a soft cloth slightly dampened with water and mild detergent. Avoid excessive use of water and keep the surface dry after cleaning.

• Melamine (LPB): Remove stains from the surface with a soft cloth with lukewarm water and mild soap. Gently wipe the surface until the stain is removed. Melamine is sensitive to moisture, so it's important to protect it from water.

• Metal: For any indoor metal furniture, regular dusting or cleaning with a damp cloth is recommended. For outdoor metal furniture, follow these steps:
  1. For extended protection, apply a protective cream available from commercial stores.
  2. If your furniture is treated and painted with powder-coating, it is very durable and easily cleaned with a damp cloth.
  3. If your metal furniture is not powder-coated, take extra care to keep it away from water and moisture. Cover it with special covers and store it indoors during winter if possible.
  4. If rust is observed, remove it with turpentine, then apply an anti-rust varnish before painting the surface with oxidation-resistant paint.
