Material Information:
  • MDF (Medium-Density Fiberboard): MDF is a wood derivative made by bonding wood fibers with resins and compressing them using heated presses. It is denser and more durable than particle board (chipboard) and does not absorb moisture.
  • Veneer: Veneer is a thin layer of wood, usually less than 3 mm thick, obtained from the trunk of a tree. It is a beautiful, durable, and sustainable material that can be used to coat various surfaces. It is a good choice for adding a natural touch to home or office.
  • Rubberwood: Rubberwood comes from the rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis) and is widely used in furniture making and other interior decorations. It is durable and easy to process. Due to its density, it is strong and durable, making it suitable for furniture and structural applications.
  • Fabric: Fabric is a versatile material made by weaving, knitting, stitching, or bonding fibers. These fibers can be natural, like cotton, wool, or silk, or synthetic, like polyester or nylon. The weaving of fibers creates a network that gives the fabric its properties, such as strength, softness, breathability, and elasticity. There are countless varieties of fabrics, each with its own unique characteristics and uses.
Maintenance Instructions:
  • MDF: Clean with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. For stains, use a soft cloth with lukewarm water and mild soap. Gently wipe the surface until the stain is removed, then thoroughly dry the surface with a dry cloth. Protect MDF from moisture by wiping any spills immediately and avoiding the use of strong cleaners or chemicals.
  • Veneer: Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the veneer. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the finish.
  • Rubberwood: Wipe with a soft cloth to remove dust and dirt. Avoid exposing the material to moisture, as it can cause warping or deterioration. Use special wood finishing products to protect and maintain the texture and shine of rubberwood.
  • Fabric: Fabric maintenance depends on several factors, such as the type of fiber, fabric construction, and use. Use a mild detergent suitable for the fabric type. Avoid using bleach or whiteners, as these can damage the fibers.
