Material Information:
  • Chipboard: Chipboard is a composite wood material made from small wood particles, usually pine or fir, bonded together under high pressure and temperature with the use of resins. It is widely used in furniture manufacturing, interior surfaces, and construction applications. Made from recycled materials, it is resistant to warping, abrasion, and other physical stresses.
  • Melamine (LPB): LPB (Low Pressure Melamine) is a synthetic material widely used for surface treatment of chipboard in furniture and surface manufacturing due to its durability and ease of maintenance. It is applied to substrates like MDF (Medium-density fibreboard) or OSB plywood to produce durable surfaces.
  • PP (Polypropylene): Polypropylene is a thermoplastic material widely used in various sectors due to its excellent properties. Although lightweight, it has high impact resistance, making it suitable for applications that require durability against impacts and abrasion. It retains its properties even under moisture, making it ideal for use in high-humidity environments.
Maintenance Instructions:
  • Chipboard: For cleaning chipboard, use a soft cloth slightly dampened with water and mild detergent. Avoid excessive water use and keep the surface dry after cleaning.
  • Melamine (LPB): To remove stains from the surface, use a soft cloth with lukewarm water and mild soap. Gently wipe the surface until the stain is removed. Melamine is sensitive to moisture, so it is important to protect it from water.
  • PP (Polypropylene): For daily cleaning of polypropylene, use a soft cloth or sponge, slightly dampened with mild detergent and warm water. Apply the cloth to the surface and clean with light pressure.
